Choosing The Right Level of Support

Every Healing Journey Looks Different

Some people benefit from the steady rhythm of weekly therapy, while others are looking for dedicated time to work through a specific concern more intensively. Neither option is "better." They simply serve different needs.

During your consultation, we'll talk about your goals, your history, and what feels most supportive for where you are today.
